Antoni is an HR professional with experience supporting employee relations, benefits, leave administration, compliance, and workplace initiatives. As a Corporate HR Generalist at ExtensisHR, he partners with employees and leaders across the organization to navigate HR programs and people-related matters while fostering a positive and supportive employee experience. His background includes employee engagement, accommodations and leave, benefits administration, policy development, onboarding, and HR compliance. Antoni is passionate about practical, people-first HR practices that support employee well-being and evolving workplace needs.
Antoni holds the SHRM-CP and aPHR certifications, as well as an M.A. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology and a B.S. in Psychology, both from Saint Peter’s University.
