ExtensisHR became one of the first PEOs to achieve Certified Professional Employer Organization (CPEO) status, meeting the strict requirements set by the IRS and the U.S. government.

NJBIZ voted ExtensisHR as one of the top PEOs in New Jersey. Later, CIO Applications named it a Top 25 HR Technology Solution Provider.

With over 25 years of executive leadership across various public and private companies, Blake Morris was appointed CEO of ExtensisHR.

That same year, the company was recognized as one of Crain’s Top Places to Work in New York City.

ExtensisHR introduced its Work Anywhere® mobile app, empowering distributed workforces to manage HR tasks securely from anywhere.

The company also launched PEO Premier®, a white-glove, fully managed concierge HR solution.

Celebrating its 25th anniversary, ExtensisHR grew its footprint in North Carolina and Tennessee.

It also earned multiple workplace culture honors, including recognition from Great Place To Work®, Comparably, and Top Workplaces.

ExtensisHR opened a new office in Tampa, Florida, strengthening its presence in the state and complementing its existing New Jersey service center.

The company developed SchoolCloud®, a full-service HR solution and technology platform designed for charter, private, parochial, and independent schools.

ExtensisHR expanded westward, establishing a presence in Texas, California, and other key states along the West Coast to better serve customers nationwide.
