Jaclyn Cohen
Director of Learning and Development
Jaclyn Cohen is the Director of Learning and Development at ExtensisHR, bringing almost two decades of experience training, coaching, and developing employees at every level, from new hires to executive leaders. She leads the organization's end-to-end learning strategy, designing onboarding and leadership development programs alongside client and customer service training solutions that align with business priorities and workforce needs. Jaclyn also serves as an organizational lead for AI enablement, driving responsible adoption and role-based training across the company.
Before joining ExtensisHR, she spent 10 years in telecommunications sales and training leadership, including roles as a Learning and Development Senior Trainer and Sales Manager. Jaclyn holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Monmouth University.
