PEO Services | Employer Protection Program
Minimize risks,
costs, and claims
Our Employer Protection Program (EPP), part of the risk management services included with our professional employer organization (PEO) solution, helps you create progressive workplace practices to minimize the time, costs, and risks associated with issues like discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, cybersecurity, and more.
How we help
Our Employer Protection Program is meant to keep your company safe. It includes a number of protection plans should a claim occur, including:
*Terms, conditions, and some exclusions may apply.*
*Full EPP coverage overview can be provided upon request.*
Ensures your technology platform is updated with the latest enhancements to cybersecurity, data protection, incident response, operational risk management, controls assurance, client security management, workforce protection, business resilience, third-party management, security testing and analysis, critical incident response team, and awareness training.
Provides active clients and worksite employees with coverage for employment related claims, including sexual harassment, defamation, invasion of privacy, negligent evaluation, wrongful discipline, wrongful dismissal, termination of employment, and more.
As your PEO provider, we offer a legal defense benefit with our Employer Protection Program, which means we will pay up to a certain amount of your legal fees, which could include travel costs, mediation expenses, deposition transcripts, filing fees, copying fees, and disbursements incurred in defense of a covered employment practices claim.
Protects employees who become injured or ill while traveling on business with emergency medical evacuation/repatriation, medical monitoring, dispatch of a doctor or specialist, personal assistance, local legal assistance, translations and interpreters, travel/travel security assistance, and embassy and consular assistance.
Covers individuals responsible for the planning, administration, and investment of ExtensisHR sponsored benefits and 401(k) plans. It provides limits regarding federally imposed responsibilities, obligations, duties, and/or the administration performance.
