SOC 1 report ensures company’s systems of controls are appropriate and operating effectively
Woodbridge, N.J. – January 18, 2022 – ExtensisHR, a nationally recognized Certified Professional Employer Organization (PEO) and HR Outsourcing (HRO) services provider, today announced it has successfully completed its Statement on Standards for Attestation Engagements (SSAE) SOC 1 Type 2 examination.
The System and Organization Controls (SOC) examination is completed by an independent Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and provides transparency relative to the control environment between the company and its customers or stakeholders. The examination specifically reviewed management’s controls over the services provided by ExtensisHR to user entities when those controls are likely to be relevant to user entities’ internal control over financial reporting.
